At the recently concluded Tribeca film festival, Frida Pinto was spotted looking sharp in an attention grabbing red suit by Gucci. The fiery red separates coupled with neutral accents made for a sophisticated and confident statement. We loved the touch of whimsy that the butterfly brooch brought to her otherwise masculine outfit. Go on your own adventure in red hot dressing with our pocket friendly picks:
Since red is just a powerful color that speaks volumes on its own, its best to keep the accessories minimal. When in doubt, use black as your go to neutral to finish up your look. To recreate Ms Pinto's striking look, we picked these bright red straight leg trousers from Mango (Rs. 2990) and partnered them with the Zara Pique Blazer (Rs. 3790). Layer it over a simple black shirt from Van Heusen (Rs. 1495 at Shoppers Stop). Punctuate the look with a beaded Forever 21 (Rs. 1250) black and gold clutch and black pumps from Tresmode (Rs. 7490) and Zovi belt (Rs. 599). The peacock brooch from Accessorize adds a dramatic finish to the crimson look.
